Till JS f5842ea50e refactor(todo-web): unify FilterStrip and KanbanFilters into TaskFilters ... Replace two separate filter components with a single TaskFilters component that supports both layouts via a variant prop ("strip" for bottom pill bar, "bar" for inline kanban-style).
