Till-JS b9669c3ba5 🎨 refactor(matrix): use elevation system for RoomSettingsPanel 
Replace glassmorphic styling with semantic elevation classes:
- bg-surface-elevated for elevated overlays
- bg-surface for nested cards/inputs
- border-border for consistent borders
- hover:bg-surface-hover for hover states
- text-error and bg-success for semantic colors
