Till JS f58d58ff99 refactor(apps): replace inline SVGs with Phosphor icons across 19 apps 
Migrate inline SVG icon paths to Phosphor components in chat, zitare,
times, citycorners, inventar, manacore, todo, playground, presi, and
more. Part of repo-wide icon unification effort.
