Replace ~700 lines of scoped CSS with Tailwind utility classes for consistency with the rest of the monorepo. Both pages now use identical patterns: Tailwind for layout/sizing/spacing, style: bindings for dynamic dark/light colors, minimal <style> block for keyframe animations.
