Till JS 95e65bbdcb chore: remove /apps route — not needed 
The standalone /apps page (AppsPage from shared-ui) is redundant in the
workbench model — apps are discoverable via the app picker and scene
management directly on the home screen.

- Delete routes/(app)/apps/+page.svelte
- Remove command menu "Alle Apps" entry
- Drop allAppsHref prop from PillNavigation
