Till JS 1cb48b797a docs: update devlog + migration report with Phase 2 results 
Updated both:
- Content collection devlog (landing page)
- docs/ARCHITECTURE_MIGRATION_REPORT.md

Added Phase 2 sections: package consolidation (58→43), auth store
centralization (6,800→182 LOC), mana-sync hardening, port schema,
type-safety fixes, Expo SDK alignment. Updated stats to reflect
full ~88,600 LOC net reduction.
