Till JS 2ac05ef4aa fix(picture-mobile): make patch-package non-fatal in postinstall 
patch-package fails when packages are hoisted to monorepo root
(node-linker=hoisted). Making it non-fatal prevents EAS Build
failures for other apps in the workspace.
