Till JS 77b82c5ce3 fix(devtools): fix pre-commit hook - add eslint-config dep, remove type-check ... - Add @manacore/eslint-config as root devDependency so eslint.config.mjs can resolve the shared config - Remove full monorepo type-check from pre-commit hook (too slow for commit-time, belongs in CI).
