Till JS 7077c0a397 feat(help): add help pages to 10 remaining web apps ... Add bilingual (DE/EN) help content and help page routes for Clock, Context, ManaCore, ManaDeck, NutriPhi, Photos, Planta, Presi, Questions, and SkillTree. Uses shared-help-types and shared-help-ui packages consistent with already-committed help pages in other apps.
