Till JS c9a091e696 fix(docker): COPY packages/shared-privacy into sveltekit-base ... mana-web depends on @mana/shared-privacy (visibility-system) but it was missing from the base-image COPY list, causing pnpm install to fail inside the build container with ERR_PNPM_WORKSPACE_PKG_NOT_FOUND.
