Till JS 32e8edfb66 feat(memoro/server): add comprehensive API route tests 
183 tests across 10 files covering all server endpoints:
- Health, pricing, 404 handling
- Memo CRUD (create, append, retry, combine, Q&A)
- Credits (balance, check, consume)
- Settings (profile, memoro settings, data usage)
- Spaces (CRUD, invites, link/unlink memos)
- Meetings (bots, recordings)
- Internal callbacks (transcription, batch metadata)
- Cleanup (auth, run, manual)
- Credit utility (calcTranscriptionCost, COSTS)
