Add NutriPhiEvents (mealAdded, mealDeleted, photoAnalyzed, textAnalyzed, goalsUpdated, favoriteSaved, favoriteUsed) to shared analytics utils. Add deckDeleted and cardDeleted to ManaDeckEvents.
