The lockfile had grown five (!) different vitest versions over time:
1.6.1, 2.1.9, 3.2.4, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3 — pulled in by various
packages that pinned outdated majors. The mismatch produced the
classic "createDOMElementFilter not found" startup crash because
hoisted @vitest/utils@3.x was loaded by the nested @vitest/runner@4.x.
Bumped every package.json that pinned an old vitest:
- apps/manavoxel/apps/web (^4.1.0 → ^4.1.2)
- apps/matrix/apps/web (^4.1.0 → ^4.1.2)
- apps/memoro/apps/server (^3.0.0 → ^4.1.2)
- apps/nutriphi/packages/shared (^2.1.8 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/qr-export (^3.0.5 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/shared-llm (^2.0.0 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/shared-storage (^4.1.0 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/spiral-db (^1.6.1 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/test-config (^3.0.0 → ^4.1.2)
- packages/wallpaper-generator (^3.0.5 → ^4.1.2)
After a clean pnpm-lock.yaml regenerate, every @vitest/* sub-package
resolves to a single version (4.1.3, picked by semver) — no more
duplicates between hoisted and nested node_modules.
Verified by running:
pnpm --filter @mana/web vitest run src/lib/data/sync.test.ts
→ 20/20 tests passing in 217ms
pnpm --filter @mana/web vitest run src/lib/data/time-blocks/recurrence.test.ts
→ 19/19 tests passing in 198ms
Pre-existing test failures in base-client.test.ts (German error
strings vs english assertions), dashboard.test.ts (widget count
drift), and content/help/index.test.ts (svelte-i18n locale not
initialised in test env) are unrelated and tracked separately.

Each app's PillNavigation now has spotlightActions with app-specific
quick actions (create, navigate, settings). Users can press Cmd+K / Ctrl+K
from any app to search apps, navigate, and trigger actions.

Introduces a tiered access control system so apps can be released
gradually (founder → alpha → beta → public) without extra infrastructure.
Users are gated at the AuthGate level based on their tier vs the app's
requiredTier. All apps remain deployed and reachable, but only users
with sufficient tier can enter.
- Add accessTier enum + column to users schema (default: 'public')
- Add tier claim to JWT payload in better-auth config
- Add requiredTier field to ManaApp interface + all 25 apps
- Add hasAppAccess(), getAccessibleManaApps(), ACCESS_TIER_LABELS
- Update AuthGate with tier check + access denied screen
- Update getPillAppItems + Home page to filter by user tier
- Update all 22 app layouts to pass user tier to PillNav
- Add admin API: GET/PUT /api/v1/admin/users/:id/tier

Migrate 17 app Dockerfiles from standalone builds (each copying 20+
packages individually) to use the shared sveltekit-base:local image.
Benefits:
- No more missing package COPY errors
- Single base image to maintain
- Consistent build pattern across all apps

Merged shared-feedback-types + shared-feedback-service + shared-feedback-ui
into a single @manacore/feedback package. Updated imports in all 21 apps.
Before: 3 packages (types, service, ui) with cross-dependencies
After: 1 package with direct imports, no circular refs
Note: ESLint warnings from pre-existing unused vars in chat/mukke
servers are unrelated to this change.

- Replace local tag stores with createTagStore wrapper
- Add shared TagStrip to layouts with tag filtering support

Remove hand-written sw.js, offline.html, and manifest.json from todo/skilltree/zitare web apps
in favor of the Workbox-based service worker generated by @vite-pwa/sveltekit. This fixes an
issue where the custom SW could get stuck serving the offline fallback page even when the server
was reachable. Also extracts the duplicated offline page (~80 lines each across 19 apps) into a
shared OfflinePage component in @manacore/shared-ui with 3 props (appName, offlineMessage,
accentColor), reducing each app's offline route to an 8-line wrapper.

Mukke is a local, offline-first music player for iOS. Songs are imported
from iCloud/local files via document picker, stored on device, and played
with expo-audio including background playback and lock screen controls.

pnpm's strict isolated dependency resolution prevents @babel/core from
finding babel-preset-expo and @babel/plugin-transform-react-jsx during
Metro bundling. The pre-install hook creates .npmrc with node-linker=hoisted
at the monorepo root so pnpm uses a flat node_modules on EAS Build.
Also simplified metro.config.js by removing manual monorepo watchFolders
config (handled automatically by expo/metro-config since SDK 52).

expo-av was removed in Expo SDK 55, causing 'EXEventEmitter.h' not found
build errors. Migrated VoiceRecorder and VoiceMessage to use expo-audio.
