Till-JS	f556665ac2	fix(shared-nestjs-setup): export compiled JS instead of TypeScript ... The package was incorrectly exporting src/index.ts which causes runtime errors when used with plain Node.js. Till-JS	b404ddc9a8	fix(nutriphi): increase body size limit to 50mb for image uploads ... The NutriPhi bot was failing with 413 "request entity too large" when analyzing images via Base64.
