ab387b9b3d chore: remove all NestJS backend references, replace with Hono/Bun 
- Delete nestjs-backend.md guideline (replaced by hono-server.md)
- Delete Dockerfile.nestjs-base and Dockerfile.nestjs templates
- Delete stale BACKEND_ARCHITECTURE.md doc (NestJS-era, obsolete)
- Update CLAUDE.md, GUIDELINES.md, authentication.md to Hono/Bun first
- Update all app CLAUDE.md files: backend/ → server/, NestJS → Hono+Bun
- Update all app package.json files: @*/backend → @*/server
- Update docs: LOCAL_DEVELOPMENT, PORT_SCHEMA, ENVIRONMENT_VARIABLES,
  DATABASE_MIGRATIONS, MAC_MINI_SERVER, PROJECT_OVERVIEW
- Update scripts: generate-env.mjs, setup-databases.sh, build-app.sh
- Update CI/CD: cd-macmini.yml backend → server paths
- Update Astro docs site: @chat/backend → @chat/server

97d5b13a38 feat(versioning): add semantic versioning and changesets to all apps 
Assign version numbers based on app maturity: Calendar/Contacts/Todo (1.0.0),
Chat/Picture (0.3.0), 11 beta apps (0.2.0), Context/Planta/Questions (0.1.0),
Traces (0.0.1). Set up @changesets/cli for future version management.

ea4b585f37 feat(context): add NestJS backend, PostgreSQL database, and migrate web app from Supabase to API 
- Create NestJS backend on port 3020 with 4 modules (space, document, ai, token)
- Add Drizzle schema with 5 tables (spaces, documents, token_transactions, model_prices, user_tokens)
- Rewrite web services (spaces, documents, tokens, ai) to use shared API client instead of Supabase
- Move AI API keys server-side (Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini)
- Add seed script for model prices (gpt-4.1, gemini-pro, gemini-flash)
- Add 70 unit tests across 4 test suites (space, document, token, ai services)
- Add monorepo integration (setup-databases.sh, generate-env.mjs, docker init-db, root scripts)
- Remove @supabase/supabase-js dependency and delete supabase.ts from web app
- Update CLAUDE.md with full API documentation

5b7d3c649b 🔧 chore: enforce monorepo best practices with automated validation 
Fix critical issues and add validation to prevent future violations:

**Fixes:**
- Remove turbo recursion in 5 app packages (infinite loop risk)
- Add "private": true to 11 packages (prevent accidental publishing)
- Rename @mana-core/nestjs-integration → @manacore/nestjs-integration
- Remove prepublishOnly scripts from 3 private packages

**New:**
- Add scripts/validate-monorepo.mjs with 4 critical checks
- Add validate:monorepo command to package.json
- Integrate validation into CI pipeline (.github/workflows/ci.yml)
- Document validation in CLAUDE.md

All 80 package.json files now pass validation ✅

bb0e0cf5cb 🚚 feat(context): integrate context app into monorepo 
Restructure the context app (formerly basetext) to follow the monorepo
pattern with proper workspace configuration.

Changes:
- Move app files to apps/context/apps/mobile/
- Rename package to @context/mobile
- Update bundle ID to com.manacore.context
- Create pnpm-workspace.yaml for project workspace
- Add dev scripts to root package.json
- Update CLAUDE.md with project documentation

The app structure is prepared for future web/backend additions.

Note: Existing TypeScript errors in the original codebase are preserved.
These should be fixed in a follow-up PR.
