New script scans source imports vs package.json deps to catch missing

Changes per app:
- Replace @tailwindcss/postcss with @tailwindcss/vite in package.json
- Add tailwindcss() to vite.config.ts plugins array
- Delete postcss.config.js (no longer needed)
