Add root-level npm scripts for presi and storage:
- dev:presi:full, dev:storage:full (with auto DB setup)
- Individual scripts for web, backend, mobile, landing
- Database scripts (db:push, db:studio, db:seed)
Also update setup-databases.sh to support presi and storage.
