Upgraded 6 apps from SDK 52/54 to SDK 55 (matrix was already on 55).
All apps now consistently use:
- Expo SDK ~55.0.5
- React Native 0.83.2
- React 19.2.0
- expo-router ~55.0.5
- NativeWind ~4.2.3
Before: 3 different SDK versions (52, 54, 55)
After: 1 version (55) across all 7 mobile apps
Added docs/EXPO_SDK_UPGRADE.md with testing checklist.
Note: pnpm install + device testing required to validate the upgrades.

Complete migration of Context mobile app from direct Supabase access
to NestJS backend API with mana-core-auth authentication.
New files:
- context/AuthProvider.tsx: mana-core-auth integration via @manacore/shared-auth
- services/backendApi.ts: Backend API client for spaces, documents, AI, tokens
Rewritten services (same exports, backend implementation):
- supabaseService.ts: Now thin wrapper around backendApi
- aiService.ts: Uses backendApi for auth token
- tokenCountingService.ts: Model prices from backend API
- tokenTransactionService.ts: All token ops via backend API
- revenueCatService.ts: Token balance via backend API
Updated 16 consumer files (auth forms, token components, AI toolbars)
Deleted:
- utils/supabase.ts, context/AuthContext.tsx
- services/spaceService.ts, services/spaceServiceDirect.ts
Dependencies:
- Added: @manacore/shared-auth, expo-secure-store
- Removed: @supabase/supabase-js, @google/generative-ai, openai, @azure/openai

Chat/Picture (0.3.0), 11 beta apps (0.2.0), Context/Planta/Questions (0.1.0),
Traces (0.0.1). Set up @changesets/cli for future version management.

Restructure the context app (formerly basetext) to follow the monorepo
pattern with proper workspace configuration.
Changes:
- Move app files to apps/context/apps/mobile/
- Rename package to @context/mobile
- Update bundle ID to com.manacore.context
- Create pnpm-workspace.yaml for project workspace
- Add dev scripts to root package.json
- Update CLAUDE.md with project documentation
The app structure is prepared for future web/backend additions.
Note: Existing TypeScript errors in the original codebase are preserved.
These should be fixed in a follow-up PR.
