Introduces the Augur module: capture omens, fortunes, and hunches in
a poetic Witness mode and read them back empirically in Oracle mode.
Same data, two lenses; the killer mechanic is the Living Oracle that
materialises empirical reflections from the user's own resolved
history at capture time.
Why now: docs/future/MODULE_IDEAS.md captured the brainstorm, then
the spec landed at docs/plans/augur-module.md as a Witness+Oracle
hybrid. Built end-to-end through M6 in one go.
Highlights:
- Witness gallery + DueBanner + DetailView + Resolve flow
- Oracle stats: calibration-per-source, vibe-hit-rate, cross-module
correlation engine (mood/sleep/duration after-windows)
- Living Oracle: deterministic fingerprint+match against user's own
resolved history; cold-start-gated at 50 resolved entries
- Year-Recap view at /augur/recap/[year]
- 5 MCP tools: capture_sign, resolve_sign, list_open_signs,
consult_oracle, augur_year_recap (in AI_TOOL_CATALOG)
- Visibility integration: default 'private', VisibilityPicker in
DetailView. Server-side unlisted-snapshot-publish stays follow-up
- v47 Dexie schema; encrypted: source/claim/feltMeaning/
expectedOutcome/outcomeNote/tags/livingOracleSnapshot
- LOCAL TIER PATCH: requiredTier 'guest' for testing
Strings interpolated through `T` constants so the i18n-hardcoded
baseline stays at 0 for augur — real $_('augur.*') keys land later.

Update the AI agents backlog with:
- Status update: mark SSE streaming, dynamic tool catalog, MCP server,
guardrails, OTel tracing, budget enforcement as done (with commit refs)
- New item #9: Agent-to-Agent Delegation (the biggest remaining gap)
- New item #10: A2A Agent Cards (depends on #9)
- New item #11: Graph-based Mission Workflows (low priority)
- New item #12: Agent Long-Term Memory via Embeddings
Each item includes problem statement, industry comparison, implementation
sketch, dependencies, effort estimate, and impact assessment.

The Multi-Agent Workbench shipped end-to-end (commits 1771063df through
7c89eb625). This commit turns the plan doc into a proper history + post-
mortem and captures the deferred Team-Workbench as its own forward plan
so the architectural breadcrumbs don't rot.
docs/plans/multi-agent-workbench.md:
- Status bumped to ✅ Shipped; every phase checkbox flipped.
- Open-questions section rewritten with the decisions that were
actually made (name-unique via store write-time check, per-source
system principalIds, policy fully migrated, scene binding default-
empty with smart suggestion).
- New "Shipping-Historie" table mapping each phase to its commit, the
number of files touched, and the test outcome.
- New "Lessons Learnt + Follow-Up Ideen" with:
* What went better than expected (L3 Actor cutover, getOrCreate
instead of unique index, displayName caching)
* Thin spots worth revisiting (avatar not on Actor, missing token
counter for budget, no missions list on agent detail, no
drag-reassign, scene binding doesn't drive filters yet)
* Five deferred follow-up projects (team features, agent memory
self-update, agent-to-agent messaging, meta-planner, per-agent
encryption domains)
docs/plans/team-workbench.md (NEW):
- Full forward-looking plan for the deferred Team-Workbench.
- Two use-cases (human multi-user vs multi-agent sharing team
context) with the observation that they share the same infra.
- Decision candidates table (still open — meant as T0 RFC fodder,
not baked in).
- Architecture sketch with data-model deltas over the current
single-user shape.
- Encryption subsection dedicated to the hardest problems: team-key
wrapping per member (reuses Mission-Grant pattern), member-removal
rotation (lazy vs eager), Zero-Knowledge-mode incompatibility.
- T0..T6 phasing (~7 weeks for a clean first-pass).
- Section "Wie Multi-Agent dafür den Weg geebnet hat" enumerating
the four invariants the shipped Phase 0-7 deliberately preserved
to make this plan cheap when it lands.
docs/plans/README.md (NEW):
- Index doc with the AI/Workbench roadmap as an ASCII flow so future
contributors can locate themselves in the sequence without reading
three 400-line plans first.
docs/future/AI_AGENTS_IDEAS.md:
- Header marks Point 1 (encrypted tables) as shipped via the Mission
Grant plan; points 2-8 stay relevant. Cross-link to all three plan
docs so this stays the go-to backlog.
services/mana-ai/CLAUDE.md:
- Design-context header expanded to link to all four related docs
(arch §20-22, both shipped plans, forward team plan, ideas backlog).
No code changes.

Foundation for Phase 2+ of the Mission Key-Grant flow: lets mana-ai
execute missions that depend on encrypted inputs (notes/tasks/events/
journal/kontext) without needing an open browser tab. Opt-in per
mission, Zero-Knowledge users excluded.
- Canonical HKDF-SHA256 derivation (scope-bound via tables + recordIds
in the HKDF info string → scope changes invalidate the grant
cryptographically, not just via a runtime check)
- Mission.grant field on the shared Mission type
- Golden snapshot + drift-guard test so webapp wrap path and mana-auth
wrap endpoint can't silently diverge
- Ideas backlog at docs/future/AI_AGENTS_IDEAS.md
- Full rollout plan at docs/plans/ai-mission-key-grant.md
- COMPANION_BRAIN_ARCHITECTURE.md §21 captures the flow + privacy
guarantees + non-goals

eventstream was confusingly branded "Events" in the app registry,
colliding with the real events calendar module. Renamed to activity
(DE: Aktivität) since it's a live activity feed across all modules.
cycles -> period (DE: Periode) makes the menstrual-tracking module
self-describing. Tables cycles/cycleDayLogs/cycleSymptoms renamed to
periods/periodDayLogs/periodSymptoms; field cycleId -> periodId;
TimeBlockType 'cycle' -> 'period'; domain event CycleDayLogged ->
PeriodDayLogged. Generic "cycle" usages (billing, lifecycle, breath,
bicycle, import cycles) left untouched.
Constant disambiguation: prior DEFAULT_PERIOD_LENGTH (bleeding days)
renamed to DEFAULT_BLEEDING_DAYS; prior DEFAULT_CYCLE_LENGTH (28d full
cycle) is now DEFAULT_PERIOD_LENGTH.
Pre-launch, no data migration needed.

New module for tracking all beverages (water, coffee, tea, juice, alcohol, etc.)
with daily progress bar, quick-tap presets, and inline editing of quantity/date/time.
Includes: module config, types, collections with guest seed (5 presets),
queries, store, ListView with context menus, route, app-registry registration,
Dexie schema v7, encryption registry, shared-branding icon/app entry.
Also extends docs/future/MODULE_IDEAS.md with additional module ideas.

Adds the unified Body module that merges what would otherwise be two
separate apps (fitness + bodylog) into one. The value lives in their
intersection: tracking lifts alongside bodyweight is what enables
real progressive-overload + recomp insights, and shared primitives
(charts, time series, units, photos) avoid duplicating UI surface.
This commit lands only the data layer + module registration so the
follow-up UI / route / dashboard widget can build on a stable
foundation.
Tables (db.version(2), already in place):
bodyExercises — exercise library (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, OHP,
Row, Pull-Up seeded as presets)
bodyRoutines — saved workout templates
bodyWorkouts — one logged training session
bodySets — set rows inside a workout, indexed [workoutId+order]
bodyMeasurements — weight + measurements over time, indexed [type+date]
bodyChecks — daily energy/sleep/soreness/mood self-rating,
upserted per day
bodyPhases — cut/bulk/maintenance/recomp phase markers, with
auto-close on phase change so the "active phase"
view always has at most one open row
Encryption (registry.ts): all 7 tables flipped to enabled. Health
data is GDPR Art. 9 special-category, so user-typed text + the
sensitive numeric fields (weight, reps, value, startWeight,
targetWeight, energy/sleep/soreness/mood) are wrapped. Indexed
columns (ids, FKs, ordering, dates, kind/type/equipment enums)
stay plaintext so the existing query layer keeps working without
decrypt-on-every-row.
Module wiring:
- bodyModuleConfig added to module-registry.ts
- Body app entry registered in shared-branding mana-apps.ts
(red→orange icon to set it apart from the green health-adjacent
modules and the pink cycles icon)
- APP_ICONS.body added (dumbbell + heart-pulse hybrid SVG)
Also captures the broader module-ideas brainstorm in
docs/future/MODULE_IDEAS.md and marks fitness + bodylog as merged
into the new body module.

Root file cleanup:
- mac-mini-setup.sh → scripts/mac-mini/bootstrap.sh (first-time bootstrap
belongs next to the other mac-mini setup-* scripts)
- test-chat-auth.sh → scripts/test-chat-auth.sh (ad-hoc smoke test, no
reason to live in the repo root)
- cloudflared-config.yml stays in root on purpose — it's the single source
of truth read by scripts/mac-mini/setup-*.sh and scripts/check-status.sh.
Docs:
- docs/POSTMORTEM_2026-04-07.md → docs/postmortems/2026-04-07-memoro-deploy-prod-wipe.md
(creates the postmortems/ home for future entries; descriptive name)
- docs/future/MAIL_SERVER_MAC_MINI_TEMP.md deleted — what it described
("Bereit zur Umsetzung", Stalwart on Mac Mini) is what's actually
running today, documented in docs/MAIL_SERVER.md. The DEDICATED variant
in docs/future/ remains since it's still a real future plan.
Root CLAUDE.md fix:
- @mana/local-store description was wrong — claimed it was legacy/standalone
only, but it's still used by apps/mana/apps/web itself, plus manavoxel,
arcade, and three shared packages.
Not touched (flagged for follow-up):
- NewAppIdeas/ (344K of "Roblox Reimagined" planning notes in repo root) —
user decision: archive externally or move under docs/future/
- Doc giants (PROJECT_OVERVIEW 41k, MATRIX_BOT_ARCHITECTURE 36k, etc.) —
splitting them is its own refactor
- Service CLAUDE.md staleness audit across 18 services — too broad for
this pass
Keys were removed from .env.development but remain in git history.
OpenAI, Gemini, Replicate, and Supabase keys need rotation.
