🔧 chore: enable OIDC for Matrix Synapse

Browse source 
- Add SYNAPSE_OIDC_CLIENT_SECRET to mana-core-auth env
- Enable OIDC provider config in homeserver.yaml
- Add matrix.mana.how and element.mana.how to CORS origins
