refactor(todo): rename Labels to Tags for consistency across apps

- Rename route /labels to /tags and /label/[id] to /tag/[id]
- Rename LabelSelector component to TagSelector
- Update all UI texts from "Labels" to "Tags"
- Update navigation items and references
- Align terminology with Calendar and Contacts apps
