docs(manascore): update scores after Local-First + Hono migration

All 19 apps score higher after the architecture migration:
- Average: 75.1 → 84.8 (+9.7 points)
- Biggest gains: Photos (+14), CityCorners (+14), Planta (+13)
- Key improvements: Local-First, Guest-Mode, Offline CRUD, Hono servers

+- **GuestWelcomeModal**: Onboarding für neue Nutzer

+- **Hono + Bun**: ~120 LOC Compute-Server statt ~3.500 LOC NestJS
+- **~50ms Cold Start**: statt 2-5 Sekunden
+- **~30MB RAM**: statt ~200MB pro Service
+- **Shared Package**: `@manacore/shared-hono` (Auth, Credits, Health)
