fix(uload): update Docker config and add env examples to apps/web

- Update Dockerfile for new apps/web structure
- Fix docker-compose.coolify.yml to use correct Dockerfile
- Add .env.example files to apps/web directory
- Remove local build artifacts (.svelte-kit, build)
- Update paraglide/i18n configuration
