chore(infra): drop npm.mana.how from Mini tunnel — verdaccio moved to GPU-Box

Browse source 
Phase 2f-1 cutover. npm.mana.how DNS now CNAMEs to mana-gpu-server
tunnel (config v27), Mini-side route entry no longer needed.
