fix(api): code:nil bei AuthError.serverError-Calls

Anpassung an die neue ManaCore-Signatur
`AuthError.serverError(status:code:message:)` (vorher ohne `code`).
Drei Call-Sites in fetchMedia, deleteMedia und ensureOK.
