Till JS 5642035ffa Landing: das echte App-Icon überall 
public/icon.svg war ein älteres Blatt-Symbol, das es nirgends sonst gab;
App, PWA, iOS und Android tragen das rot-rosa Lesezeichen. icon.svg ist
jetzt die bytegleiche Kopie von apps/web/static/favicon.svg — damit
stimmen Favicon, Kopf, Fuss und Vorschaubild. Neu: apple-touch-icon.png
und favicon.ico (beide vorher 404). Grösse im Kopf und Fuss an den
Innenrand des Icons angepasst.
